Payment Policy
Aqlimic provides digital learning services, including recorded courses and live online classes. No physical product is shipped.
For live classes, fees are paid monthly in advance. Regular classes start after the monthly fee has been received and the schedule has been confirmed.
For Pakistan-based families, Aqlimic accepts payment through local bank transfer and other available local payment methods shared by the admin team.
For international families, available payment options may vary by country and will be shared by the admin team before enrollment.
Payment details are shared only by Aqlimic's admin team after trial class completion, course recommendation, and schedule confirmation.
Parents should not make any payment to teachers directly. Teachers are not responsible for collecting fees, confirming payments, sharing payment accounts, or discussing fee-related matters.
Authorized Payment and Fee Communication
All fee-related communication and payment instructions are handled only by Aqlimic's admin team.
Parents, students, learners, or children should not discuss fees, payment amounts, payment status, discounts, or payment account details directly with teachers.
Parents should only submit fees to the official payment account or payment method shared by Aqlimic's admin team.
Parents should not submit fees to any personal account, wallet, bank account, or payment method shared by a teacher or any individual other than the official Aqlimic admin team.
If Aqlimic changes its payment account, payment method, or fee submission process, parents will be informed directly by the admin team through Aqlimic's official communication channel.
If any teacher or individual asks parents, students, or learners to share fee details, submit payment, transfer money, or discuss payment privately, parents are requested to immediately inform Aqlimic's admin team.
This policy is in place to protect parents, students, teachers, and Aqlimic from misunderstanding, fraud, or unauthorized payment requests.
Monthly Fee and Class Start
Once the monthly fee is received, Aqlimic confirms:
Classes will not begin until the monthly fee has been paid and confirmed.
Monthly fees cover the agreed class schedule for that month only.

Class Recording and Transcription
Aqlimic may record live classes and generate class transcripts for quality assurance, student progress tracking, teacher review, safeguarding, and internal training purposes.
Recordings and transcripts may help Aqlimic:
Class recordings and transcripts are used for Aqlimic's internal educational and operational purposes. They are not shared publicly.
Parents should inform Aqlimic before enrollment if they have any concern regarding class recording or transcription.
Students and parents should also avoid sharing private or sensitive personal information during class unless it is necessary for learning support.
Aqlimic takes reasonable steps to protect class recordings, transcripts, and student information.
Missed Class and Rescheduling Policy
We understand that students may occasionally miss classes due to illness, appointments, family obligations, school activities, travel, or emergencies.
For planned absence, parents should inform Aqlimic at least 6 hours before the class.
If notice is given on time, Aqlimic will try to arrange one of the following, subject to teacher availability:
Make-up classes are not guaranteed in every case and depend on teacher availability, student availability, and monthly schedule capacity.
Emergency Absence
For sudden illness, urgent appointments, or family emergencies, parents should inform Aqlimic as soon as possible.
Aqlimic will try to handle genuine emergencies with flexibility where possible.
However, repeated last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for make-up classes.
Repeated Missed Classes
For effective learning, especially in Quran reading, Hifz, and revision, consistency is very important.
If a student repeatedly misses classes, arrives late, or cancels at the last minute, Aqlimic may not be able to provide make-up classes for every missed session.
In such cases, the regular monthly fee will still apply because the teacher's time slot is reserved for the student.
Teacher Absence or Aqlimic-Side Cancellation
If a class is missed due to teacher absence, platform-side issue, or any issue from Aqlimic's side, Aqlimic will provide a fair adjustment.
This may include:
Students will not lose class time due to Aqlimic-side cancellations.
Late Joining
Students are expected to join classes on time.
If a student joins late, the missed time may not always be added at the end of the class, as the teacher may have another scheduled class afterward.
If the teacher is late due to any reason, Aqlimic will make a fair adjustment where needed.
Schedule Changes
Parents may request a change in regular schedule by contacting the admin team.
Schedule changes depend on:
Aqlimic will try its best to support schedule changes, but a specific teacher or time slot cannot always be guaranteed.
Cancellation of Monthly Classes
Parents may cancel the student's regular classes by informing Aqlimic before the next billing cycle.
To avoid being charged for the next month, cancellation should be requested before the next monthly payment is made.
Once a new monthly fee has been paid and classes have started, the live class refund policy will apply.
Technical Issues
If a student cannot attend class due to an internet, device, microphone, camera, or connection issue on the student's side, the class will be treated as learner absence.
If the issue is from Aqlimic's side, such as platform access, meeting link issue, or teacher-side technical problem, Aqlimic will provide a fair adjustment through rescheduling, extension, or make-up class.

Trial Classes
Trial classes are offered to help assess the student's level, comfort with the teacher, and course suitability.
A trial class does not guarantee admission into a specific teacher's schedule unless the monthly fee is paid and the schedule is confirmed.
After the trial, Aqlimic may recommend a suitable course, teacher, class frequency, and schedule based on the student's level and parent's preference.
