Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 11 November 2025
Scope: digital services (recorded courses) and live classes delivered by Aqlimic.

Recorded courses (on-demand)

  • 7-day refund window from purchase if you have consumed < 20% of the course (by lessons watched or downloads).
  • No refunds after certificate issuance (if applicable) or where substantial content has been consumed.
  • Duplicate charges or accidental double purchases: fully refundable.

Live classes (scheduled)

  • Before classes start: full refund upon request.
  • After classes start: pro-rated refund for the unused portion if requested within the first 7 days of the batch.
  • Missed classes due to learner absence are not refundable; we’ll try to offer a recording or a make-up where possible.

Technical issues

If you cannot access the content due to a platform problem on our side, we’ll either fix promptly, extend access, or issue a fair pro-rated refund.

How to request a refund

Email contact@aqlimic.com within the applicable window with order ID, course name, and reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method; banks/wallets may take 7–10 business days to reflect.

Non-refundable

  • Completed courses, issued certificates, or where >20% has been consumed.
  • Abuse of policy, suspected fraud, or chargeback misuse.

Service Delivery & “Shipping” Policy

Effective date: 11 November 2025
  • Nature of goods: We deliver digital services only—no physical shipping.
  • Recorded courses: Access is granted to your Aqlimic account immediately after successful payment (usually within minutes).
  • Live classes: You’ll receive your class schedule, meeting link, and instructions by email/dashboard at least 24 hours before the first session.
  • Access duration: As shown on each course page (e.g., lifetime access, 6-month access).
  • System requirements: Stable internet, a modern browser, and (for live) mic/camera as needed.
  • Downtime/SLA: We target high availability. Planned maintenance will be announced. If there’s unplanned downtime affecting access, we will restore quickly and extend access or offer a make-good.
