Growing Up with Confidence is a gentle, interactive course designed to help young girls understand the natural changes that happen as they grow up — all within a safe, private, and Islamic environment.
Through simple explanations, emotional support tools, and Islamic guidance, girls will learn about body changes, taharah (cleanliness), menstruation basics, and self-confidence without fear or embarrassment.
The goal of this course is to remove confusion, build confidence, and help girls appreciate the way Allah has created them — beautifully and with wisdom.
Taught by a female instructor, the course ensures comfort, privacy, and open discussion in a respectful manner.
Many young girls feel shy or scared to ask:
What is happening to my body?
Why am I feeling emotional?
What is menstruation and why does it happen?
How do I stay clean in Islam?
When is ghusl required?
What should I do the first time I get my period?
This course fills that gap softly and respectfully — helping girls feel confident, informed, and emotionally supported.
Only female instructors — to ensure comfort, privacy, and Islamic appropriateness.
